Abstract
Background and Aims: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems optimize interactions between organizations and customers, offering significant benefits such as improved customer satisfaction, loyalty, and data-driven decision-making. With the advent of artificial intelligence (AI), CRM systems have enhanced their capabilities by automating tasks and analyzing large datasets, demonstrating improved performance across various sectors, including finance, hospitality, and, notably, healthcare. In healthcare settings, CRM has evolved into Patient Relationship Management (PRM), focusing on enhancing patient experiences and communication with medical professionals. Method: This study explores the integration of AI-based PRM in healthcare, analyzing its impact on patient engagement, satisfaction, and operational efficiency. By reviewing existing literature and case studies, the study evaluates how AI-driven PRM systems process vast amounts of patient data, personalize interactions, and optimize decision-making in healthcare facilities. Results: Findings indicate that AI-enhanced PRM systems significantly improve patient satisfaction and loyalty by tailoring interactions based on individual needs. Additionally, AI integration optimizes hospital operations, reduces costs, and enhances resource management. AI-driven predictive analytics and automation contribute to more effective preventive and personalized care, ultimately leading to better healthcare outcomes. Conclusion: The incorporation of AI in patient relationship management transforms healthcare communication and service delivery. AI-powered PRM systems not only support modern healthcare objectives but also improve patient-centered care, operational efficiency, and overall healthcare outcomes. As healthcare evolves, AI-based PRM presents a promising approach to meeting the dynamic needs of patients and medical institutions.
