Abstract
إBackground and aims: the role of artificial intelligent has been raised in medicine and in the field of pharmacology and psychopharmacology, for discovering new drugs in the treatment and diagnosis of chronic an acute disease has been used successfully. Also it was used for finding the structure of drugs molecules and pharmacotherapy and define the drug receptors in pharmacology research for example it was used in the treatment of neuro degenerative disease for example AD and PD. Also It was approved to investigate the mechanism of new drugs and signaling pathways, Material and Methods: A PubMed search for “artificial intelligence” and “pharmacology” shows that whereas in 2017 only 49 papers on the subject were published, by 2021 this had increased 10-fold to 502 publications it is possible to use artificial intelligent.to supervised machine learning approaches to improve therapeutic drug monitoring .Additionally, natural language processing is increasingly used to mine electronic health records to obtain real-world data. also it is already successfully applied in drug discovery and target identification for several years. Results: More recently Artificial Intelligent models which help to characterize patient populations and predict an individual's drug response are emerging, Conclusion: thereby covering the entire pipeline from drug discovery to personalized medicine. In this mini review we try to explain some new approach in pharmacology studies.
