Background and Aims: Breast cancer is one of the most aggressive cancers in women and the second leading cause of cancer-related deaths. Early detection and effective treatment play a crucial role in improving survival rates. The integration of artificial intelligence (AI) with personal genetics has emerged as a promising approach for breast cancer diagnosis and treatment. This study aims to evaluate the role of AI-driven genetic analysis in early risk prediction, diagnosis, and personalized treatment of breast cancer. Materials and Methods: This study was conducted using a narrative review method. A comprehensive search was performed in PubMed, SID, and Google Scholar databases using the keywords “Genetic,” “Artificial Intelligence,” and “Breast Cancer” for articles published between 2018 and 2023. A total of 51 original and systematic research articles were initially retrieved. After screening based on title, abstract, and full text, 12 relevant articles were selected for final analysis. Results: The findings revealed that AI-powered genetic analysis significantly improves early breast cancer detection by identifying individuals at high risk before symptom onset. AI enhances diagnostic accuracy by reducing false positives and negatives in imaging techniques such as mammography and MRI. Additionally, AI facilitates personalized treatment strategies by optimizing drug selection, dosage, and side effect management, leading to better patient outcomes and prolonged survival. Conclusion:The integration of AI with personal genetics has the potential to revolutionize breast cancer detection and treatment. By enabling early risk prediction and personalized therapeutic approaches, AI can improve survival rates and reduce treatment-related side effects, paving the way for more effective breast cancer management.
