Background and aims: Hypertension is a serious global health issue and a leading contributor to heart disease and early death. Unfortunately, many people with high blood pressure go undiagnosed or aren't properly treated, which points to the urgent need for better management strategies. While traditional dietary approaches, like the Dietary Approaches to Stop Hypertension, have been useful, they don't always account for the unique needs of each individual. This review looks closer at how Artificial Intelligence could play a key role in creating more personalized nutrition plans to better manage hypertension and address these shortcomings. Method: Computerized search methods were combined with manual literature searches. A detailed review of the most prominent articles from 2010 to 2025 is provided. In this article, Science Direct and PubMed databases were searched. Priority was given to studies on children and adolescents that dealt with this issue from a developmental perspective. Results: Artificial intelligence techniques can improve health outcomes by generating personalized nutritional recommendations tailored to individual needs and by analyzing complex data. Machine learning algorithms can predict the risk of developing high blood pressure using physical examinations or electronic health records. AI-powered platforms that recommend personalized meal plans for Blood Pressure management leverage biofeedback to tailor dietary interventions. Studies show that AI-driven nutritional treatment substantially affects patient engagement, adherence, and overall satisfaction. Artificial Intelligence can also analyze patient-provider messages in digital health settings to improve communication and support hypertension management. Conclusions: Artificial Intelligence offers useful interventions for personalized nutrition in the treatment of hypertension by examining multifactorial data, identifying risks, and adjusting diets. AI-powered platforms and mobile apps could facilitate better patient access to treatment and adherence to nutritional recommendations that help control blood pressure. More research is needed to confirm such findings and examine the long-term effects of AI-guided personalized diets.
