Introduction: When it comes to the technologies that we use for healthcare services and the health system, our decisions should be based on compliance with ethical and legal principles and rules and regulations that do not violate human dignity, so efforts should be made with standardization Cover artificial intelligence applications in all fields of medical sciences. The present study was conducted to investigate the ethical challenges of using artificial intelligence in the teaching and learning of nursing students. Methods: This is a review study. A review of studies was done by searching Google Scholar, WoS, Scopus, PubMed, Magiran, Ovid, and SID databases from 2014 to 2024 with the keywords artificial intelligence, education, learning, and nursing students. A total of 35 articles were found, of which 8 studies were reviewed and considered. The performed steps are: 1- Designing the research question, 2- Searching and extracting articles, 3- Examining the articles, and 4- Reporting the results. Results: In the review of the articles, the research findings related to the ethical problems observed by nursing students indicated that the students reported that nurses and doctors mistreat some patients, there is inappropriate communication with the patients, attention to the patients and they are not given correct information. The unethical behavior of the treatment team contributes to the occurrence of ethical problems. For nurses to fulfill their professional and ethical roles to provide safe and ethical care, it is necessary to complete training courses during education and continuous training courses for nursing professionals. Discussion: One of the most important challenges of using artificial intelligence in medical sciences is the dynamism and high speed of development and expansion of artificial intelligence, the amount of data, and its functions, which can cause the ineffectiveness of traditional methods and limited education in medicine against its consequences, so it is necessary for the field of Medical education should also develop dynamic, agile and up-to-date systems so that it can respond to the problems and side challenges arising from it along with the progress of artificial intelligence.
