Background and aims: Today, artificial intelligence (AI) has entered various fields. AI is one hotspot of research in the field of modern medical technology. One of the applications of artificial intelligence in medical sciences can be mentioned in improving the services of health centers. The aim of this study is to apply chatbot as a tool to improve remote care in health center. Methods: In this study, in order to provide remote care for pregnant women from the second month of pregnancy until the birth of the baby, a series of questions were designed in a chatbot using artificial intelligence, and links of questions were provided to pregnant women each month whose details were registered at the health center. Then, other questions were asked regarding the use of this software to evaluate and record people's opinions. Result: The results showed that the women's response at home was more accurate and more useful and effective compared to having to visit the health center. The software also received a high score in the evaluation. Conclusion: According to the results, using a chatbot can save time, reduce anxiety and increase accuracy in responding in pregnant woman. It can be an effective tool for monitoring and remote care for pregnant women in various health centers.
