Background and aims: Nursing in Iran has gone through various historical periods and has been influenced by nursing education from the United States and the United Kingdom, transforming into academic nursing. With the onset of the Islamic Revolution and the war, the need for nursing increased, and the philosophy and educational models of nursing underwent changes. After the war, with the establishment of the Ministry of Health, Treatment, and Medical Education, the Nursing Organization, and the Nursing Board, the foundations for the professionalization of nursing in Iran were laid. Despite the progress, there are still significant issues in nursing in Iran that need attention. Examining the developments in nursing in Iran has shown that using modern educational methods can help improve the quality of nursing education. Method: A literature review was conducted by searching databases such as PubMed, CINAHL, and Scopus for studies published between 2012 and 2023. Studies included in the review evaluated the use of video clips in nurses and perceived learning of students from clip-based education in an electronic way. "Results: Students who use educational clips have better clinical skills, and the results can help to better understand the effect of educational clips on student satisfaction in nursing internships. Conclusion : Using educational clips helps students learn and improve learning and increase student satisfaction
