Important Notice | Limited Extension for Paper Submissions 2025-04-15
|
Due to the remarkable interest from researchers nationwide and the submission of more than 800 papers, the Congress Secretariat was obliged to close the submission portal ahead of schedule, on April 11, 2025. This decision was announced on the congress website two days in advance to ensure timely notice to all participants. In response to repeated requests from a number of researchers, the Scientific Committee has exceptionally decided to reopen the submission portal from 00:00 AM to 11:59 PM (Tehran time) on April 17, 2025, providing a final opportunity to submit papers. Please note that this window is strictly limited and will not be extended under any circumstances. We respectfully ask all interested researchers to complete their submissions no later than 11:59 PM on April 17, 2025, as the deadline will remain final. We would like to inform our esteemed professors, researchers, and students that, due to an exceptional response to the call for papers for the 2nd International Congress on Artificial Intelligence in Medical Sciences, and with over 800 submissions received by the congress secretariat so far, the paper submission capacity has now been reached. Therefore, the congress secretariat, with apologies, has decided to close the paper submission process early, on 11 April 2025. We sincerely thank everyone who has already submitted their papers and hope this scientific event will contribute to advancing knowledge and fostering valuable exchanges of experience. We also hope others will join us by attending this significant scientific event. | |

Important Early Registration Notice 2025-04-09

Due to the considerable number of submitted papers still under review and in order to respect the rights of the authors, the early registration deadline has been extended until April 21, 2025. Please be advised that this deadline is final and will not be extended under any circumstances. Following this date, late registration will remain open only until the congress reaches full capacity. Kindly note that once capacity is reached, registration will be closed regardless of the announced deadlines. |
