Guidelines for abstract preparation

Guidelines for Writing and Submitting an Abstract for the 2nd International Congress on Artificial Intelligence in Medical Sciences AIMS 2024

•  First, log into your account on the website for the 2nd International Congress on Artificial Intelligence in Medical Sciences.

If you haven’t logged in previously, you will be directed to the login page, where you can access your account by entering your email, password, and security phrase, and then clicking the “Login” button. (Note: If you haven’t registered on the Congress website yet, you’ll need to click on the "Register" option to complete the registration process first).

•  Now, on the left side of the dashboard, select the option to submit a new article in the article submission field.

• On the newly opened page, enter the required information and click the “Submit” button.

      Steps for Submission:

1.  Title in English: Enter the article title in English.
2.  Full Name of Author: Enter the author’s full name in English.
3.  Author’s Email: Enter the author’s email address.
4.  Author’s Institutional Affiliation: Provide a full and accurate affiliation in English (department, faculty, university, city, country, or name of the research center, academic department, university, city, country). Presenter and Corresponding Author: Select the presenter and corresponding author. (Note: The corresponding author and presenter may be the same person).
5.  Add Author: To add information for additional authors, select the "Add Author" option. (All author details must be provided in English for each author).
6.  Category: Select the main subject category of your article.
7.  Subcategory: Based on the chosen category, select the relevant subcategory for your article.
8.  Abstract: Enter the abstract in English. (The abstract should be clear, concise, and accurate, with 200 to 350 words, and should include clear subheadings (bolded titles).)
9.  Keywords: Enter keywords in English, with a maximum of six words.
10.  Submission: Click the "Submit" button to submit your article.
