1.Who can register?

Registration is open to students, graduates, researchers, professors, medical doctors, pharmacists, specialists in the medical field, health philanthropists, startups, knowledge-based companies, commercial enterprises, accelerators, and health investors.

2.How can I register?

Visit aims.smums.ac.ir, go to the "Registration" section, and create your user account.

3.What are the registration fees?

Early bird registration (until April 21): 
Students: 3.000.000 RIALS
Professors: 5.000,000 RIALS
Late registration (after April 21): 
Students: 6.000,000 RIALS
Professors: 9.000,000 RIALS
Poster presentation fee: Membership fee + 2.000,000 RIALS
Oral presentation fee:  Participants presenting an oral paper will only pay the registration fee.

4.Is accommodation provided?

No, accommodation is not available.

5.Is online participation possible?

No, the second International Congress on AI in Medical Sciences will be held in person only.

6.Will participants receive a certificate?

Yes, all participants who have paid the registration fee will receive an official certificate.

7.Is Continuing Medical Education (CME) credit available?

Yes, participants will receive 15 CME credits at no additional cost.

8.Can the registration fee be refunded?

Unfortunately, refunds are not available.

9.Who are the keynote speakers?

Visit aims.smums.ac.ir, navigate to "Congress," then "Congress Teams," and check the "Speakers List" section.

10.Can I attend specific sessions, or must I register for the entire event?

You can register for either the entire congress or specific sessions.

11.How can I submit my paper or abstract?

Submissions can be made through the "User Panel" section on the website.

12.What are the requirements?

To submit a paper: Registration for the congress is required.
To register for the congress: Having a paper is not mandatory.

13.What is the deadline for paper submission?

The deadline for submission is April 17, 2025.

14.What types of papers can be submitted?

All types of papers, including review articles, case reports, and research papers, are accepted.

15.How many papers can be submitted?

Each individual may submit up to 5 papers.

16.How many presenters can a paper have?

Each paper must be presented by a single person.

17.What should I do if my paper is accepted?

If your paper is selected for oral or poster presentation, prepare a PowerPoint presentation.
Poster presenters must also have an oral summary and a digital poster file ready.
The poster template is available on the website.

18.Where will accepted papers be published?

The top three papers will be published in the "Signals and Sensors in Medicine" journal by Isfahan University of Medical Sciences.
Accepted papers will be indexed in CIVILICA and ISC (Islamic World Science Citation Database).

20.What is the deadline for uploading the poster?

The deadline is April 30, 2025

 21.What is the deadline for submitting the presentation file?

The deadline is May 7, 2025

 22.Is it possible for an individual to register alone for the competition?

No, participation requires a team; individual registration is not permitted.

23.How can we access the templates for the poster and the presentation?

Please log in to your user account. Both templates can be downloaded from the "Submission Guidelines" section.
